Josh Hale – General Manager/Safety Manager

  • 23 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Successfully managed telecommunication company for the last 21  years. Completed several projects including new site builds, tower modifications, maintenance, upgrades, mount swaps, and troubleshoots for several different carriers including Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Crown Castle, SBA, Ericsson, and Sprint. Safety One Trainer for 15+ years. Trained and Certified in PIM and Sweep testing.

Krystle Beaumont – Project Manager

  • 14 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Managed projects from the bidding process to construction complete on multiple projects including new site builds, upgrades, small cells, and tower modifications for various carriers including Verizon, T-Mobile, AT&T, SBA, and Crown Castle

Alisha Moyes – Close-Out Specialists

  • 4 Years of Experience in the telecommunication industry. Manages the review and submittal of all close-outs to clients in a timely manner. Submitted close-outs to several different clients including AT&T, Ericsson, Verizon, T-Mobile, SBA, Insite, Crown Castle, and ATC.

Daniel Hale – Warehouse Manager

  • 3 Years experience in the telecommunication industry. Manages warehouse including receiving, returning, and inventorying all equipment. Familiar with the return policies of AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

Brandon Shields – Foreman

  • 16 years experience in the telecommunication industry working with several different clients including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon & Ericsson. Completed various projects from new site build, mount swaps, upgrades, small cells, site inspections/audits, microwaves, and tower modifications. Trained and certified fiber and PIM testing. NWSA Tower Tech 1 Certified.

Tony Gregrich – Civil Foreman

  • 13 Years experience in the telecommunication industry working with several different clients including AT&T, T-Mobile, Ericsson, and Crown Castle. Specializes in DC Wiring, and civil construction including concrete pads, ground ring, fencing, generator maintenance, HVACs, conduit install for fiber and power, power plant upgrades. Certified and Licensed to operate heavy equipment and snowcats.
