3 Tek Wireless has been a contractor in the telecommunication industry since 2000 with 35+ years of experience. We have worked all over the country helping carriers with their telecommunication needs.
We specialize in upgrades, maintenance, tower modifications, small cells, microwaves and raw land sites. We have an exceptional in-house network with tower, civil and electrical crews. We have worked on projects for several different carriers including T-Mobile, AT&T, ATC, SBA and Verizon in varying degrees.

Crews :
Our technicians are well trained with various certifications and extensive training. All our crews are well versed in the telecommunication industry and have 10+ years’ experience on each crew working around the country for various carriers.
Safety:
Safety is 3 Tek Wireless highest priority. It is our policy to provide a work environment that is inherently safe, with an extensive safety program that complies with Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) standards ANSI Z359, ANSI Z490, ANSI 10.48 in place, required daily and weekly meetings. All 3 Tek staff is trained in Safety One (by an in-house trainer with years of experience), CPR/First Aid, RF, OSHA 10 & 30, Rigging. NWSA and Aerial Lift.
